Hear about the passion of Christ - with details most have overlooked!
John Paul Jackson clearly explains the sequence of events from Jesus' final sleep through His resurrection, revealing many previously hidden mysteries.
The Crucifixion Timeline of Jesus Christ.
Note From Pastor Tom: I have done some research on these events, but this video is the most clearly presented and complete teaching I have ever seen.

Be Angry and Sin Not.... Do not let the sun go down on your wrath
Read Ephesians 4:25-32
This is one of the most misquoted and misapplied
verses in the Bible. The common teaching goes something like: "Its OK to get
angry, we all do sometimes, but just don't go to bed while you are still angry
with someone, because that would be sinful" But this message is at best
contradictory, AND furthermore, it
really has nothing to do with what is really being said in this scripture. It begs questions like,
"How many hours can we be mad at someone before it becomes sin?" or "How many
angry husbands fit onto the head of a pin?"

The Book of the Covenant
The Bible is primarily the book of the covenant between God and man, a written record of the terms, history and validity of God's relationship, purpose and lovingkindness toward mankind. JAHWEH, God of Israel, is a covenant making God. There is no other type of relationship with God available other than the offer freely given in this book. We must understand the nature of covenant relationships as well as the particular terms of the covenant to make sense of the Lord's actions throughout history.

Genesis, the Book of Beginnings
The Bible is a book of the Covenant between God and mankind. The book of Genesis is the first book of the Bible and in it are recorded the origins of the universe, life of all kinds, and the creation and purpose of man. It describes how the original intimacy with God was lost and how God set about to restore this intimacy.
Many people read the Genesis account and they read what seems to be an over-reaction of God for Adam's seemingly small infraction of God's arbitrary rules. Why did He allow that temptation, and why did He make Adam so weak as to even be susceptible to the temptation of a serpent? If God is a forgiving God, why are there such enormous consequences to a small error?

God Blessed the Seventh Day
The seventh day in Genesis is the Sabbath. All the days of creation are called "good", but the seventh day in Genesis is also called "Blessed." The blessing of God is an action by God that imparts special ability, power and/or authority to the "blessee". Here the "blessee" is the seventh day, how can a day receive gifts, what does this mean? Let's explore this day and find out just what special ability and power this day received. In Genesis 2, it is the ability to "be fruitful and multiply" given to birds and animals, mankind, AND the Sabbath.

Why didnt God invent Christmas?
by that I mean, why
didn’t God tell us to observe the day of Jesus’ birth as a Holiday or a
day of Commemoration? Clearly the Lord has set aside several days of
the year as Feast days and Days of remembrance, fasting, celebration
and the like. Much of the content on this website is about the seven
Feasts of the Lord, their seasons, celebration, and meaning for us. I
find it curious that this day is not ever mentioned or even recommended
as a day of celebration or remembrance for the Church.
Before I go on, I want to make it clear that I do not believe that the practice of keeping Christmas is wrong...

Making Room for Christmas
The birth or Advent of Jesus
Christ came at just the right time. It could not come any earlier or
later, it could not come without preparation. I am talking here about
the physical appearance of the Messiah (Christ) as prophesied through
out the Old Covenant. This event (Advent) could have been done any way
the Lord chose, so it is significant to look at how the birth of Jesus
came because it reveals much about the true nature and character of the
Lord. It also teaches us How to Recognize Him, and How to Receive Him.
How
sad it is even to this day when we cannot benefit from the One who
comes to seek and save that which was lost (Luke 19:9) because we are
not ready or we are unable to recognize Him and His ways.
After all, it will do us no good if He arrives and we do not benefit from His presence.

This article is about Baptism.
Make no mistake. Baptism is a death. It is not a “bath”, it is
immersion, and complete surrendering one’s self to be overwhelmed by
the baptism. It is the only way to be "promoted" in the Kingdom of God.

The names of God are the revelation of who He is. They are not merely titles or descriptive phrases.
They are progressive, active, powerful, life changing, often miracle producing revelations of the Ancient One, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. His names are our places of safety and strength in our times of distress and need.
Let's start this study with two video clips from two men that have a definite revelation for us concerning God's Names.
